What is the best kind of candy to put on a Christmas tree?
Whether you’re doing a full blown candy Christmas tree or are going with traditional ornaments, I’m a firm believer that every tree needs at least one piece of candy. But what type of candy, you ask?
Well, candy canes are the most traditional candy to put on a tree. However, this doesn’t mean that you can’t branch out and get creative! For instance, you could do a DIY peppermint holiday ornament with peppermint candies. Or, you could put sprinkles in fillable ornaments (or even M&M’s or Skittles).
Trust me, you might think putting candy on a Christmas tree seems tacky, but it can actually look great. And, it keeps the kids satisfied and always entertained trying to sneak pieces of candy off the tree 🙂 Yummy!
