Overview Responsible for the management of the day to day activities in the walk in center to include performance management, scheduling, developing and implementing clinical policies, competencies and directives. Provides daily clinical support, advise and expertise on clinical issues across all walk in centers. Responsibilities Ensures all necessary activities are completed daily, leading to excellent customer service, team member and provider satisfaction. Conducts monthly staff meetings to promote customer service, analyze operations to improve clinical processes to ensure better patient care. Schedules staff to meet the demands of the center. Supervises staff to ensure quality practice adherence. Ensures best practice of clinical standards, quality, safety and patient experience. Knowledgeable about clinical and technical aspects of the job and models teaching behaviors. Ensures team members complete and maintain HealthStream and daily clinical competency. Completes 90 day and annual performance appraisals. Maintains clinical skills by providing patient care and participating in clinical mandatory education. Credentials Education Other Information Licensed Practical Nursing Degree or higher required 5 years of clinical experience in medical office setting BLS Current licensure as an LPN in the State of Delaware Salaries starting at USD $66,206.40/Yr.
