What Is the Vlog Squad?

The Vlog Squad is a group of friends that all post videos on YouTube taking subscribers with them during their daily lives. Most of them started as Viners and moved to YouTube when Vine went inactive in 2017. Although every member has their own channels, they often film together and are featured in each other’s videos. As a true friend group, the members of the Vlog Squad are often seen together doing crazy things across the country. From live shows to casino trips, to collaborating with celebrities, the Vlog Squad always has entertaining content to give its incredibly wide audience.

Who Is in the Vlog Squad?

Now let’s break them down one by one:

1. David Dobrik

David is considered the patriarch of the group. He was one of the first members of the Vlog Squad to post on YouTube. Although he gained some traction on Vine, his YouTube is the most successful out of the whole group and he tends to be the glue that sticks everyone together. Recently, David moved into a home in the Hollywood Hills where a large portion of the Vlog Squad films their videos. David also created a podcast with fellow Squad member Jason Nash and starred as a judge on Nickelodeon’s newest show, America’s Most Musical Family. David became known for gifting his friends BMW’s, Tesla’s, and sports cars with the help of his favorite ticketing app turned sponsor, SeatGeek.

2. Jason Nash

Jason serves as the “dad” of the group. At 46 years old, Jason is considerably older than the rest of the Vlog Squad. He too became famous on Vine where he posted funny bits with his two kids, Charlie and Wyatt. Nash is arguably the closest to David as the two have created a tight bond over the years. Jason and David’s podcast, Views, is one of the top-performing podcasts in the Comedy genre.

3. Zane Hijazi

Zane started creating on Vine with his best friend and fellow Vlog Squad member, Heath Hussar. The two, originally from South Florida, moved out to Los Angelas where they met David and started filming vines and vlogs together. Zane and Heath recently released their own podcast, Zane and Heath Unfiltered inspired by a recurring feature on Zane’s channel titled “Coffee Talks.”

4. Heath Hussar

Heath is known as Zane’s second half. He creates vlogs for his own channel as well as with members of the Squad. Recently, Heath’s girlfriend Moriah has become a large part of his channel and pops into other Vlog Squad videos from time to time.

5. Scotty Sire

Scotty Sire got his start on Vine but has recently moved into the music space. He just completed a tour of the U.S. with fellow Vlog Squad member, Toddy Smith. His ex-girlfriend, Kristin McAtee, also made her way into several vlogs and recently competed on a YouTube reality series, Reality House. The couple only recently broke up sending a shock wave through the fan base.

6. Carly Incontro and Erin Gilfoy

This pair of best friends have been posting on their joint YouTube channel since 2017. Although they have individual channels as well, Carly and Erin are best known as a dynamic duo! They post twice a week using multiple video styles such as vlogs, hauls, and fun themed videos with the rest of the vlog squad. Recently, they have been super close to David and Jason and often show up in their videos.

7. Toddy Smith

Toddy Smith is the model of the group. As one of the most attractive members of the group, he is often the butt of many flirty jokes about his dating life. Most recently, David exposed Tod’s drunk texts to David’s assistant Natalie. In true Vlog Squad style, David elevated the joke by printing Toddy’s texts and putting them up on a billboard in downtown Los Angelas.

8. Jeff Wittek

Jeff is another one of the Squad’s cutest members. He has his own channel called Jeff’s Barber Shop where he films himself interviewing fellow YouTube stars while giving them a fresh new haircut. With a history of jail time in Miami, Florida, Jeff is often lightheartedly teased for his past discrepancies.

9. Nick Antonyan

Also known as Jonah (because he slightly resembles Jonah Hill), Nick and his family have become a staple of the Vlog Squad. Known as the fat, funny friend, Nick is often the subject of David’s best roasts. He is also the friend most willing to be the test subject for David’s most physically challenging ideas.

10. Corinna Kopf

Corinna and David go all the way back to middle school where they grew up in the same town. Corinna moved to L.A. independent of David, but the two have remained close. In the past, Corinna and Toddy were romantically linked, but the two have since broken up. Much like Tod, Corinna is often the subject of many flirty, hookup jokes. She is a popular streamer and recently signed an exclusive deal with Facebook’s streaming platform.
