Pay Range: $59,916 - 74,295 annually

Job Description: Your Piece of the Puzzle NFM’s Demand Planner is focused on utilizing tools that analyze data and forecast sales. The Demand Planner collaborates with internal partners to plan inventory to increase sales, profitability and market share.

Job Duties: A Day in the Life

• Create : Produce lifecycle plans to forecast new, mature and discontinuing products
• Collaborate : Work with buyers to determine forecasts, identify trends and evaluate risks and results
• Maintain : Uphold relevant reports and product attributes, while incorporating trends, seasonality and promotional lifts
• Support : Gather and respond to promotions and integrate forecast lift at family, category and SKU level
• Analyze: Research sales post promotion to find opportunities to improve forecast, sales or add-ons

Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Math, Decision Science, Marketing, Business or related area
• 1 year of experience with distributions requirement planning and other supply chain processes such as demand planning, production planning, scheduling and transportation
• 1 year of planning and executing projects involving multiple groups across an organization
• Experience with retail buying or logistics preferred
• Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Knowledge of supply chain software preferred
• Ability to work nights, weekends and/or early morning hours based on business needs
• Pre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, criminal background check
