Pay Range: $116,588 - $144,569 annually
Job Description: Your Piece of the Puzzle As NFM’s GM, Multi-Channel Strategic Pricing, you will be responsible for developing the strategic direction for retail pricing to ensure NFM maintains price leadership and perception across store and web platforms.
Job Duties: A Day in the Life
Team Up: Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and finance teams to implement pricing initiatives
Manage: Follow and implement company mission and values with team. Set team up for success to meet and exceed expectations
Review : Monitor and adjust pricing strategies based on changes in market conditions, costs and/or competitive landscape
Assess: Evaluate effectiveness of pricing strategies and make recommendations for improvement
Progress: Develop pricing models and strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining competitiveness
Evaluate: Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to determine optimal pricing strategies
Plan: Conduct pricing research and analysis to identify opportunities for pricing optimization

Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?
Bachelors in Business, Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, or other relevant field
6 years’ experience in leading teams
6 years of pricing experience or related role
Computer knowledge to include Microsoft Office Applications
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
Ability to enter data quickly and accurately
Ability to work nights, weekends and/or early morning hours based on business needs
